ZOA International

ZOA is an international relief and recovery organization. They provide relief to people affected by violent conflicts and natural disasters in fragile contexts. They also assist them during their recovery from the crisis.

I partnered with ZOA International on the creation of She Can Lead Too - a toolkit made for practitioners interested in strengthening women participation and empowerment in Liberian communities using the Appreciative Inquiry methodology. The toolkit walks users through the basics of the Appreciative Inquiry and includes hands-on activities and resources aimed to empower women to take on leadership positions in their household and community.
